Marcia Ball Plays for John Edwards at Scholtz's in Austin
This is Marcia Ball, who is from Louisana, and plays awesome cajun, blues, and rockabilly.
It was reported on the Burnt Orange Report that she played for JRE's gig in Austin. I cannot think of a better band for Sholtz's and with Jim Hightower introducing Edwards. Talkin' about Progressive!! And this is part of his "Small Change for Big Change" phase of his campaign. Geez, $15? Very nice.
This video was posted by Phubb at a Katrina/Louisana Musicians gig to raise a few dollars.
I used to go see Marcia Ball whenever she came to Lubbock and other places. She's great.
